nExperience: 3–8 years
nCTC: ₹7–10 LPA + Incentives

nQualification
nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, Real Estate or related discipline.
nMBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
n

nKey Responsibilities
nGenerate qualified business leads.
nResearch potential clients and projects.
nArrange client meetings and presentations.
nFollow up on leads, proposals and opportunities.
nMaintain CRM and sales pipeline.
nConduct market and competitor research.
nSupport senior BD managers in client acquisition.
nDevelop databases of developers, government agencies, institutions and infrastructure companies.
n

nIdeal Candidate
nStrong communication, presentation, networking and follow-up skills. Candidates with experience in B2B consulting, architecture, engineering, real estate or infrastructure sales preferred.
