Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager/Assistant Manager to lead the

planning and execution of People Matters’ conferences and new experiences & Initiatives.





The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end event operations lifecycle — from planning,

budgeting and vendor management to on-ground execution and post-event closure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing B2B events, conferences, corporate events, or

large-scale experiences and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Execution

● Own the end-to-end operational planning and execution of physical, virtual, and hybrid events.

● Develop detailed event plans covering timelines, logistics, production, staffing, vendors, and

on-ground requirements.

● Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Client Servicing, Content, Marketing, and Design to

ensure seamless event delivery.

● Ensure all event deliverables are executed as per agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

● Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
