N2S is looking for an experienced Account Director – Healthcare to own and grow strategic healthcare client relationships while ensuring exceptional recruitment delivery.

The Account Director will serve as the strategic point of contact between our clients and delivery organization understanding client priorities, translating them into execution plans, leading recruitment teams, resolving escalations, and identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.

Location - Noida, Sector 62

Timings - 9 am - 6 pm US EST Timings

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for assigned healthcare clients, building relationships with client stakeholders, MSPs, procurement, hiring managers, and workforce leaders.
- Own overall account performance, client satisfaction, delivery quality, and relationship health.
- Lead and manage recruiters, Team Leads, and Delivery Managers supporting assigned accounts.
- Translate client demand into clear recruitment priorities, coverage plans, and measurable delivery expectations.




- Monitor critical metrics including requisition coverage, submissions, interviews, hires, time-to-submit, time-to-fill, fill rate, candidate quality, and SLA performance.
- Conduct regular client reviews, governance meetings, performance discussions, and strategic business reviews.
- Act as the primary escalation point, resolving delivery, candidate, compliance, communication, and service-quality issues quickly and professionally.
- Analyze account trends and proactively identify potential SLA risks, delivery gaps, declining demand, or performance concerns before they become client escalations.
- Build strong relationships beyond day-to-day operational contacts and develop executive-level visibility within strategic accounts.
- Partner with Sales and leadership to identify opportunities for account expansion, additional business lines, new locations, SOW, Direct Hire, RPO, and other workforce solutions.
