Role Description The Hospital Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring productive, patient-centered services. This role includes managing hospital departments, coordinating with clinical and non-clinical teams, and monitoring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresher / Experience in a hospital or large clinical facility, with knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using hospital information systems and basic office software.
