Job Summary

Biodeal Pharmaceutical Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships and expansion of contract manufacturing opportunities across domestic and/or international markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical business development, contract manufacturing, third-party manufacturing or CDMO, along with excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing/CDMO segment.
- Generate leads and build a solid pipeline of potential clients across domestic and international markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharma companies, distributors, marketers and potential business partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with Production, R&D;, QA, QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to develop suitable business proposals.




- Drive the complete business development cycle from lead generation and client discussions to negotiations, order closure and account management.
- Prepare and deliver company presentations, product portfolios, commercial proposals and business offers to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, MOQs, payment terms and other business conditions.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed business.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop market strategies to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business, product expansion and long-term partnerships.
- Participate in pharmaceutical exhibitions, conferences, client meetings and industry networking events.
