nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
nThis is an entry-level sales role focused on identifying potential customers, starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and creating new business opportunities for the sales team.
nYou don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, willing to learn, comfortable with outbound outreach, and excited about building a career in sales.
nPrimary Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential customers and target accounts.n
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn,



and other relevant channels.n
- Generate new leads and build a healthy pipeline of potential customers.n
- Understand prospect requirements and qualify leads based on business needs.n
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development team.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture early-stage conversations.n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.n
- Work towards individual lead generation and meeting-booking targets.n
