About the Role
nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Manager – Partnerships & Alliances (Team Handling) to drive strategic partnerships, advertisement sales, and media sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing brand collaborations that enhance business growth, increase brand visibility, and generate advertising revenue.

- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances with brands, agencies, and corporate partners.n
- Drive advertisement sales by onboarding brands for digital and offline marketing opportunities.n
- Build and manage relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and corporate clients.n
- Develop and execute brand partnership strategies to maximize revenue and brand reach.n
- Negotiate commercial agreements, sponsorships, and partnership contracts.n
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to execute integrated campaigns.n
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle,



from prospecting and pitching to execution and account management.n
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and ROI reports.n
- Identify recent business opportunities in advertising, media sales, and strategic alliances.n
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is preferred.n
- 3–7 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Alliances, Advertisement Sales, Media Sales, or Business Development.n
- Strong network with brands, media agencies, and corporate clients is an added advantage.n
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.n
- Strong presentation and communication skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.n
