nWork Model: Work from home, with regular office visits for updates, reviews, and follow-ups
nSchedule: Six days a week, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
nReporting: Directly to Senior Management
nAbout the Role
nHARASL is engaged in distressed asset recovery and reconciliation. We are looking for a forensic auditor, with minimum 5 Years of experience, who can independently investigate complex corporate frauds and deliver reports of genuine analytical depth, not compliance-grade summaries. This is a single-handed mandate: you will own the investigation from document intake to final report, and your findings will directly inform recovery strategy and institutional decision-making.
nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end forensic examination of books, financial statements, bank records, and transaction documents of target companies.n
- Trace money trails across entities, accounts, and jurisdictions, and reconstruct fund flows behind layered or disguised transactions.n
- Detect window dressing, revenue inflation, round-tripping, related-party abuse, and balance sheet manipulation.n
- Identify shell entity structures, benami property creation, and asset diversion, and map the beneficial ownership behind them.n
- Examine suspect transactions for preferential treatment, undervaluation, fraudulent intent, and diversion of value.n
- Prepare exact, well-evidenced forensic reports capable of withstanding scrutiny at the highest levels.n
- Present findings to management during scheduled office visits and support follow-up queries from counsel and stakeholders.n
