Domain Experience
- 6-8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in the Insurance domain.
- Experience with:
- Underwriting
- Rating
- Policy Administration
- Policy Forms
- System Integrations

Business Analysis Skills
- Requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Stakeholder management across business teams.
- Requirement prioritization.
- BRD (Business Requirements Document) creation.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Excel Skills
Candidate must have hands-on expertise in:
- Advanced Excel formulas.
- Understanding and extracting business logic from complex formulas.
- Cross-sheet calculations and lookup tables.
- Data validation controls.
- Conditional formulas.
- Reviewing Excel-based calculation models.

VBA/Macro Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Ability to read VBA scripts/macros.
- Extract and document business logic from existing macros.
- Convert Excel-driven logic into business requirements.
