Position Title: Automation Architect + Flex Cube role
Experience Level: 12+ Years
Full Time
Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month
Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks using Java, TestNG, and BDD (Cucumber).
- Define enterprise automation architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Build reusable automation components, libraries, and utilities to improve testing efficiency.
- Lead automation initiatives across web, API, and database testing.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define automation strategies.




- Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Develop automated regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test suites.
- Perform framework enhancements, code reviews, and automation performance optimization.
- Establish reporting and dashboards using tools such as Extent Reports or Allure Reports.
- Implement version control and branching strategies using Git.
- Guide teams in adopting shift-left testing and test automation best practices.
- Mentor automation engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Evaluate current automation tools and technologies to improve testing effectiveness.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to quality engineering initiatives.
