nRole Description
nThe Lead Graphic Designer will own end-to-end visual design, from concept to final delivery, for brand campaigns, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
nThis full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves leading the design team, developing visual identities, ensuring brand consistency across channels, and collaborating with strategy, content, and technology teams. The person in this role will create and refine graphics for web, social media, presentations, and product communication, while maintaining high standards of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
nDay-to-day responsibilities include translating briefs into compelling design solutions, mentoring junior designers, coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines, and continuously improving design quality based on feedback and performance metrics. The Lead Graph
