nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Sales Executive Intern who can take ownership of customer conversations from the first enquiry to conversion.
nYou will work directly with potential customers, understand their requirements, guide them through the buying process, coordinate with the design team, and help close sales.
nThis is a hands-on sales role where you will get real experience in customer acquisition, consultative selling, follow-ups, and closing.

nWhat You'll Do

- Respond to and qualify leads coming through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channelsn
- Speak with customers over calls and WhatsApp to understand their jewellery requirementsn
- Understand customer budget, preferences, and timelinen




- Explain our personalised jewellery process and guide customers through itn
- Follow up consistently with interested customersn
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to move orders forwardn
- Maintain accurate lead and sales information in our CRMn
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targetsn
- Identify opportunities to improve our sales process and customer experiencen
