Because the account isn't where growth happens. The creative is. Budgets, bid strategies and CBO settings can be learned in a fortnight - knowing why a hook stopped a scroll takes longer, and that's the part we care about.
If you're 6 months to 1.5 years into Meta buying and you've already started suspecting that the ad, not the algorithm, is the variable that matters — this is the room you want to be in.
Who we are

What you'll actually do:
- Live inside the accounts. Daily checks, budget pacing, ad set structure, naming hygiene, QA before launch.
The unglamorous discipline that makes everything else possible.
- Run the creative testing engine. Build the test plans, launch the batches, track them cleanly, report what won and what died. You own the creative scoreboard for your brands.
- Watch ads, not just dashboards. You'll actually watch the winners — ours and competitors' — and have a point of view: which hook, which angle, which persona, which 3 seconds did the work.
- Write the brief behind the next test. Not the final creative. The insight: who we're talking to, what objection we're breaking, what the ad should make them feel.
- Read the funnel, not just the account. Look past ROAS — at AOV, CAC, MER, LP conversion rate, offer, post-purchase flow. Most "Meta problems" aren't Meta problems.
- Report like an operator. Clean weekly numbers, an honest read of what moved them, a plan for next week. No screenshot dumps.
