- Knowledge in Advance Excel- MIS Report (VLookup, Pivot Table, Formatting, Formulas, Report, etc)n
- Collate the data from respective stake holders and preparing report in MS Excel.n
- Liaising with Institution.n
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.n
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for response and resolution times.n
- Monitor the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.n




- Achieve and maintain an average response time for student queriesn
- Monitor the number of issues escalated to higher levels.n
- Identify and address potential issues before escalation.n
- Analysing the data regularly to provide information required by the respective Head of Departments.n
- Maintain and Provide metrics for reporting to the respective stakeholders.n
- Manage Programs and maintain timelines in sending the verification list, release of offer letters.n
- Learn, understand, and assess existing academic operations processes across various Institutes and provide support and improvements.n
