nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who can independently
nmanage the end-to-end sales cycle for our IT services with both national &
ninternational clients— from identifying and generating new leads to converting
nprospects into clients.
nOur company provides custom software development solutions, including websites,
nmobile applications, web applications, portals and other technology solutions based
non client requirements.
nThe ideal candidate should be confident in B2B sales, proactive in finding new
nbusiness opportunities, and capable of converting prospects into long-term clients.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Generate current business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach,
nonline platforms, networking, referrals, and other channels.
n• Identify potential businesses and clients who require software development or
nIT solutions.

- Understand client requirements, business needs, budget, and project timelines.n
- Conduct initial discussions and effectively pitch the company's IT services.n
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation lead qualificationn

nrequirement gathering proposal negotiation closure.

nteam when required.
n• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial offers with
nprospective clients.
n• Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the
nsales funnel.
