- Experience with Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks is mandatory.n
- Experience with clash coordination tools like BIMTRACK, BIM 360 issues, Revitzo (Any of them).n
- Common data environments like BLUEBEAM, BIM 360, Dropbox, ProjectWise (collaborative tools to work on a model).n
- Worked on different building sectors – residential, commercial, institutional (schools, colleges), healthcare (hospitals), transportation (airports, bus stations, metro stations), data centers,



etc.n
- Experience in working on international projects is essential.n
- Good knowledge of Revit modelling tasks and Revit interfaces such as views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters, and similar Revit functions.n
- Experience with modelling of Electrical & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) services.n
- Electrical Circuiting, Wiring, Panel/DB schedule preparation.n
- Preparation of Shaft Co-ordination Drawings for Electrical Services.n
- Preparation of RCP layout drawings for MEP Services.n
- Preparation of Electrical Room's Section Detail Drawings Such as MV Room & Electrical Room Etc.n
- Preparation of Containment Detail Drawing with Co-ordination of Mechanical & Plumbing Services.n
- Preparation of Builders Work Drawings (Slab Opening & Core wall Opening and Block Works.) For Electrical Services and Co-ordination with Mechanical & Plumbing Services.n
