Role Description The System Engineer – Service Desk – L2 is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for providing advanced technical support and resolution for escalated incidents and service requests. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware,



software, network, and server issues, performing system administration tasks, and ensuring timely updates and closures of tickets.

The L2 engineer works closely with L1 support teams and other technical teams to analyze recurring problems, implement fixes, and contribute to system stability and performance improvements. Day-to-day activities include monitoring infrastructure and applications, applying patches and updates, documenting solutions and procedures, and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders, following standard operating procedures, and participating in continuous service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills, with the ability to understand, configure, and optimize complex IT environments.
- Hands-on experience in System Administration, including user management,
