About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive ISO/IEC 17025 Project Coordinator to support our laboratory's ISO/IEC 17025 certification/accreditation project.

We already have a Senior ISO/IEC 17025 Consultant supporting the technical and certification requirements. This role will primarily focus on day-to-day coordination, implementation follow-up, documentation tracking, team communication, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule.

The selected candidate will work from our office and act as the key coordination point between our internal laboratory/management team and the external ISO 17025 consultant.

This is a 6-month project-based prospect, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities related to the ISO/IEC 17025 implementation project.
- Act as the communication bridge between the internal team and Senior ISO 17025 Consultant.




- Coordinate meetings, discussions, action items, and follow-ups with the consultant and internal teams.
- Maintain and track the ISO 17025 project plan, timelines, deliverables, and pending activities.
- Follow up with respective team members to ensure agreed actions are completed on time.
- Coordinate preparation, review, updating, and control of ISO-related documents and records.
- Maintain proper document folders, registers, trackers, and evidence required for the project.
- Track gaps identified by the consultant and coordinate their closure with relevant departments.
- Assist teams in implementing procedures, formats, checklists, records, and other requirements advised by the consultant.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, reviews, and mock audits.
- Maintain an action tracker / compliance tracker and provide regular status updates to management.
