Job Purpose:

The Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for driving site visits and bookings. The role coordinates site visits booked through the contact centre, speaks directly with customers to confirm and follow through on visits, and works closely with contact centre agents to make sure they are actively driving visits. The person will also run email and WhatsApp campaigns, keep lead data clean in Salesforce, and be present at the site on weekends to support customers during peak visit days.





Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving Site Visits & Bookings (Primary Objective)
- Own the target for site visits and bookings, and work every day towards achieving it
- Coordinate site visits that are booked through the contact centre, from confirmation to the customer arriving at site
- Follow up with customers to reduce drop-offs and re-schedule missed visits
- Be present at the site on weekends to help customers during high-footfall days

2. Customer Engagement
- Speak to customers over calls to confirm site visits, answer basic queries, and understand their requirements
- Give customers a smooth and professional experience from first contact through the site visit

3. Coordination with Contact Centre Agents
- Work closely with contact centre agents on a daily basis to make sure they are booking and driving site visits
- Share feedback and visit outcomes with agents so booking quality ke
