Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for Webgross’s digital marketing and tech solutions. Day-to-day tasks include researching prospective clients, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Senior Business Development Executive will manage key accounts,



maintain long-term client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, reporting on business development activities, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of Business practices and commercial acumen, especially in digital marketing and tech services.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining client satisfaction, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Relevant experience in business development or sales within marketing, IT, or related industries.
