Architect / Industrial / Product Designer (1+ Years Experience) | Greater Noida West

nAt Mianzi, we are building a futuristic design brand out of bamboo and other natural materials. The goal is simple. Create products that feel new, not recycled. Push Indian craft into a space it has not occupied before.

nThis role is for someone who wants to do real work. Not just make presentations.
n

nThe Work
nYou will design products from scratch and take them all the way to production.
n

nThis includes:
n
- n
- Thinking through ideas without relying on referencesn
- Building CAD models and solving for real constraintsn
- Working directly with artisans and figuring out what actually worksn
- Iterating fast until the product is rightn
- A lot of this will be unclear at the start. That is intentional.n

nWhat Matters
n
- n
- 1+ years in product or industrial designn
- Strong working skills in Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshopn
- Architects are welcome [and preferred]n

nBeyond that:

- You can generate ideas on your ownn
- You move with speed and do not wait to be pushedn
- You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasksn
- You are comfortable getting things wrong and fixing them quicklyn
- You care about the final product, not just how it looks on screenn
