nRole Overview
nDrools Pet Food is looking for an analytical and execution-focused Assistant Key Account Manager to support the growth of its quick-commerce business. The incumbent will work closely with the Key Account Manager and platform teams to drive sales, product availability, assortment expansion and effective execution across accounts such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other e-commerce platforms.

nKey Responsibilities

- Support the achievement of sales, revenue and market-share targets for assigned quick-commerce accounts.n
- Track weekly performance across platforms, cities, dark stores and SKUs, and highlight key opportunities or concerns.n
- Analyse sales, pricing, promotions, inventory, fill rates and product availability to recommend corrective actions.n
- Coordinate with platform teams for product listings, catalogue updates, pricing corrections,



promotions and visibility execution.n
- Support Joint Business Planning, account reviews, promotional calendars and current product launches.n
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, dashboards and business presentations for internal and external reviews.n
- Monitor assortment availability and support expansion across relevant cities and dark stores.n
- Ensure the accuracy of product titles, descriptions, images, attributes and other catalogue content.n
- Coordinate with demand-planning, warehouse and supply-chain teams for product allocation and replenishment.n
- Track purchase orders, inventory movement and service levels to reduce out-of-stock instances.n
- Assist in resolving operational issues related to orders, inventory, pricing, catalogue, claims and reconciliations.n
