Position: Program Associate - K12

nWorking Days: Monday- Saturday (Saturdays-WFH)

nJob Overview & Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of conducting engaging sessions and workshops across schools to drive awareness and interest.n
- Represent with confidence and professionalism at school fairs, career festivals, and outreach events.n
- Develop a deep understanding of the offerings to effectively communicate value to students, parents, and educators.n
- Contribute to the planning and execution of brand-building initiatives such as High School Startup League, AI Hackathon, Startup Weekend, and Winter Week.n
- Strategy & Conversion: Support top-of-funnel growth by creating and executing conversion strategies,



including outreach to students and parents through calls or messages.n
- Collaboration & Ownership: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of K12 initiatives.n

nIdeal Candidate Profile:

- Education: Fresh graduates from top-tier universities (e.g., DU, DTU, or equivalent) with strong academic and extracurricular credentials.n
- Experience: Prior involvement in college clubs, committees, Toastmasters, or event management preferred.n
