Divein Media is a growing Influencer Marketing and MarTech company based in Bengaluru. We help brands build impactful marketing campaigns and are expanding our services across digital marketing and technology solutions.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is enthusiastic, confident and eager to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and other outbound channels.
- Research potential clients and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Connect with prospects and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Introduce and pitch Divein Media's Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing and related services.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.




- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and quotations.
- Maintain and update lead information, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors and potential client opportunities.

Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective clients.
