nROLE SUMMARY
nWe're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive Own Door's growth by winning new client partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact for existing clients on day-to-day matters. This is a dual mandate: you'll be out front generating new business, and you'll be the steady hand resolving client queries, coordinating vendors,



and keeping operations running smoothly across our partner portfolio.

nTimings: 9 PM to 6 AM, Night Shift.
nWork Mode: Work from Office
nExperience : 3-5 years

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

nBusiness Development
n• Identify, prospect, and pursue new client partnerships
n• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
n• Pitch Own Door's service offering, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations through to close
n• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
n• Report pipeline status and business development metrics to leadership on a regular cadence
n

nClient Relationship & Query Management
n• Serve as a primary point of contact for client partners on operational queries across their property portfolios
n• Triage and resolve issues raised by clients — spanning maintenance, tenant concerns, billing, and general operations
