What You Will Own :
Drive New Business
- Identify and target prospective organizations, build a strong sales pipeline, initiate conversations with decision-makers,



and convert prospects into recent clients.
- Develop relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs and Hiring Managers and understand their current and future talent requirements.
- Understand client workforce challenges and position the right solutions across Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Solutions.
