About the Role
nPepper Content is looking for a CRM Copywriter to join our dedicated FinTech content studio in Bangalore. In this role, you'll create sharp, engaging, and conversion-focused communication for a leading financial services brand across CRM and lifecycle marketing channels.
nWe're looking for someone who understands how to communicate financial products in a straightforward, relevant, and consumer-friendly way, while maintaining brand voice, accuracy, and compliance. You'll work closely with CRM, marketing, design, and client teams to create communication that drives engagement, activation, retention, and conversions.

nWhat You'll Own

- Write compelling CRM copy for emailers, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app messages, and other lifecycle communication channels.n
- Develop communication across the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and reactivation.n




- Create concise, conversion-focused copy for FinTech and financial products, including payments, lending, credit cards, investments, insurance, and other financial services.n
- Develop multiple copy variations for A/B testing, personalization, segmentation, and different customer cohorts.n
- Translate complex financial products, features, and offers into simple, clear, and engaging consumer communication.n
- Work with CRM and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, audience segments, customer journeys, and performance metrics.n
- Adapt messaging based on customer insights, campaign performance, and business objectives.n
- Ensure all communication is grammatically accurate, brand-aligned, compliant, and ready for deployment.n
- Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure copy works effectively across different formats and creative assets.n
