nWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial processes, accounting, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and support strategic financial planning.

nKey Responsibilities:
nAccounting and Financial Management:

- Oversee daily bookkeeping and accurate maintenance of accounts.n
- Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements.n

nTax Compliance:

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (Direct and Indirect Taxes).n
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.n

nPayroll Management:

- n
- Supervise payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.n

nBudgeting and Financial Planning:
n
- n
- Prepare and monitor annual and monthly budgets.n
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.n

nAudit and Internal Controls:

- n
- Coordinate internal and external audits.n
- Establish and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.n

nFinancial Processes Optimization:

- Evaluate existing financial processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.n
