We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Success Manager to become the bridge between our clients and our creative production teams.
At AdbuthVerse, we work across video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, photography, digital content, AI-powered creative workflows, and other media services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple projects, solving problems, and making sure clients have an excellent experience from onboarding to delivery.
? ROLE MISSIONYour mission is simple:
Keep clients happy, projects moving, communication transparent, and the creative team aligned with client expectations.
You will understand client requirements, communicate them accurately to the creative team, track project progress, collect feedback, coordinate revisions, and ensure timely delivery.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, priorities,



and deadlines.
- Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Regularly follow up with clients regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Creative Team Coordination
- Receive requirements from clients and communicate them clearly to video editors, motion graphics artists, designers, and other creative team members.
- Clarify briefs before assigning work.
- Ensure the creative team understands client expectations and deadlines.
- Collect progress updates from the production team.
- Communicate project status to clients.

Feedback & Revision Management
- Collect feedback from clients.
- Organize and document feedback clearly.
- Convert client feedback into actionable instructions for the creative team.
