Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with CRM platforms, and the ability to interact confidently with CEOs, CXOs, and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Identify and connect with CEOs, CXOs, Directors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and initiate conversations with prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments, discovery calls, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Explain company products, services, and solutions effectively to prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate lead, contact, and chance records in CRM systems.
- Track follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities through CRM platforms.
- Send professional emails, proposals,



and follow-up communications.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential value.
- Nurture prospects through consistent communication and relationship building.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams for business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong cold-calling and appointment-setting capabilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior executives and decision-maker
