The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client onboarding virtually, team coordination/handling, and issue resolution while ensuring smooth ERP and billing implementation.

About the Role
The role involves deploying financial and ERP solutions to digitize the operations and accounting functionalities of residential societies.

Responsibilities
- Deploy financial and ERP solutions to digitize the operations and accounting functionalities of residential societies.
- Meet clients virtually and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, emphasizing key features, benefits, and the overall value of the solution.
- Engage with Management Committee (MC) members to understand their requirements, business scope, and expectations.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate new business opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, ERP, VMS, and Support) to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and service delivery.
- Manage end-to-end ERP onboarding virtually, including configuration, billing setup, and post-implementation support.
- Configure SaaS-based billing modules, including:

- Maintenance charge setup and recurring billing structure.
- Penalty/interest setup for overdue payments with automated rule application.
- Chart of Accounts (COA) configuration, ledger mapping, and accounting group creation.
- Bank account integration and reconciliation setup to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Payment gateway linking and testing for all billing modes (UPI, NEFT, CC/DC).
- Opening balance validation and migration of member financial data.
- Overall accounting setup to ensure real-time and accurate financial reporting in the ERP system.
