About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts Executive to join our growing team at RockED.
This role is ideal for someone with a practical experience in core accounting, with exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and day-to-day finance operations.




We don‘t expect you to know everything from Day 1. What matters is having strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, a sense of ownership and the willingness to learn and grow as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice verification, vendor accounting, payment processing and reconciliations
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, receipt accounting, customer reconciliations and payment follow-ups
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations
- Support monthly book closure and preparation of accounting schedules
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for financial transactions
- Support GST, TDS, Qualified Tax and other statutory compliance activities
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants and provide required documents and schedules during audits
