About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to manage the back-office and operational workflows for our Mumbai office. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of sales, finance, compliance and client servicing. You will be responsible for ensuring that every trade,



every document and every client interaction is handled with accuracy and speed.

The ideal candidate is someone who finds satisfaction in making systems work smoothly, who spots errors before they become problems, and who communicates clearly across teams to keep operations moving without delays. This is not a glamorous role, but it is an absolutely essential one for a growing fintech company where operational failures have direct financial and reputational consequences.
