Experience
8–12+ years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central, EC Payroll, Time Off, PMGM, and SuccessFactors integrations.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with solid functional and technical expertise across Employee Central (EC), Time Off, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), PMGM, and cross-module integrations .
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-country payroll , particularly KSA (Saudi Arabia) and UAE , along with strong expertise in Payroll Control Center, PCRs, payroll schemas, payroll processing, and integration with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA .




The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solutions.
