About Puzzle Innovationz

Puzzle Innovationz is a U.S.-based technology engineering company helping businesses build and scale digital products, including web and mobile applications, AI solutions, enterprise software, UI/UX, and dedicated engineering teams.

We are rebuilding our sales operation and looking for a motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and build relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients
- Find CEOs, Founders, CTOs, COOs, and other decision-makers
- Build targeted prospect lists
- Find and verify business contact information
- Research companies and identify potential technology needs
- Organize prospects in our CRM or spreadsheet
- Provide a short reason why each prospect may be a valuable fit
- Work closely with the founder and future appointment-setting team





What We're Looking For
- Previous B2B lead generation or prospect research experience
- Strong online research skills
- Ability to identify decision-makers
- Good written English
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with LinkedIn and lead-generation tools
- Able to work independently and meet weekly targets
- Experience generating leads for software, IT, SaaS, or technology companies is a plus
