About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, inside sales, outbound calling, lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, and revenue generation . The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
This role requires an individual who is confident communicating with decision-makers, comfortable working with sales targets, and capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through proactive prospecting.




- Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct research to identify target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations as required.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities and recent customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
