Senior Sales Executive – Curtains & Window Solutions
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month Fixed + Incentives
Work Week: Monday–Saturday | 6 Days | Onsite- HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 2+ years in Sales

About the CompanyOur client is an established Curtains & Window Solutions company founded in 2005, with branches in Kochi, Chennai and Bangalore. The company offers curtains, blinds, motorized curtains and smart window solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, digital channels and business networks.
- Handle B2C and B2B clients, including homeowners, apartment/residential customers, builders, corporates and commercial offices.
- Understand customer requirements, conduct meetings and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations,



negotiate and close deals.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for measurements, installation and order execution.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Travel: Travel may be required as and when needed for client meetings/site visits. Official travels are Company-sponsored.

Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in curtains, blinds, interiors, window solutions, furniture, building materials or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and independently drive closures.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
