nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista who can create great coffee experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.
nKey Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.n
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.n
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.n
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.n
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, and equipment.n
- Handle billing/POS transactions and manage cash when required.n
- Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.n
- Support stock checking and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.n




- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.n
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.n
- Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.n

nRequirements

- n
- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment.n
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista techniques.n
- Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee grinders.n
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.n
- Good grooming and hygiene standards.n
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.n
