nRole Overview
nDrools Pet Food is looking for a commercially driven and execution-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow its quick-commerce business. The incumbent will own key platform relationships and drive sales, profitability, availability and market-share growth across accounts such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other emerging platforms.

nKey Responsibilities

- Own sales, revenue, profitability and market-share targets for assigned quick-commerce accounts.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category, commercial, marketing and supply-chain teams.n
- Lead Joint Business Planning and negotiate commercial terms, margins, promotions, visibility investments and growth commitments.n
- Develop account-wise growth plans covering assortment expansion, geographic penetration, current product launches and marketing initiatives.n




- Track weekly performance across platforms, cities, dark stores and SKUs, and implement corrective actions where required.n
- Analyse sales, pricing, promotions, market share, product availability, inventory and account profitability.n
- Improve assortment availability and distribution across relevant cities and dark stores.n
- Ensure catalogue accuracy, including product titles, descriptions, images, attributes and brand content.n
- Monitor pricing and promotional execution to maintain competitiveness and alignment with the brand’s strategy.n
- Coordinate with demand-planning, warehouse and supply-chain teams for forecasting, allocation, replenishment and fill-rate improvement.n
- Resolve operational issues related to purchase orders, inventory, catalogue, pricing, claims and account reconciliation.n
- Prepare account reviews, forecasts, performance dashboards and business presentations for internal and extern
