nKey Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets.n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.n
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.n
- Recruit, onboard and develop insurance advisors/agents.n
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition and conversion.n
- Build and manage a strong sales network in the assigned market.n
- Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings and business development activities.n
- Guide and motivate advisors to improve productivity and business performance.n
- Track sales performance, manage the pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets.n
- Ensure timely documentation and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.n
- Develop a strong understanding of customer financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.n
