nWe're hiring a CMDB specialist to define and own our CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture, aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements.
n

Key Responsibilities:n

n● Define and maintain the CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements.
n● Design configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and third-party services.
n● Ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Asset Management.
n● Enforce data quality and governance standards.
n● Own discovery and integration processes end to end.

Required Skillsn

n● Deep expertise with enterprise CMDB platforms (e.g. ServiceNow or equivalent).
n● Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage).
n● Strong understanding of applications and middleware.
n● Robust understanding of cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
n● Hands-on experience with discovery, reconciliation, and data normalisation.
n● ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB experience.
