nAbout the Role
nWe’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to own the commercial side of the business — finding the right users, organizations, and partners, creating distribution opportunities, and turning those relationships into measurable growth and revenue.
nThis is a highly entrepreneurial role. You will not simply manage marketing campaigns or partnerships handed to you. You will be expected to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, build relationships, test channels, close partnerships, and figure out what drives sustainable revenue.

- Own the growth and go-to-market strategy.n
- Identify and prioritize the highest-value customer and partner segments.n
- Build a consistent pipeline of prospective customers, organizations, and strategic partners.n
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and key ecosystem players.n
- Create and execute partnership strategies that bring users, customers, distribution, or revenue.n




- Lead outreach, presentations, negotiations, and partnership development.n
- Develop repeatable acquisition channels rather than relying only on one-off deals.n
- Test different growth strategies, messaging, channels, and customer segments.n
- Work closely with Product to translate market feedback into product opportunities.n
- Develop sales materials, pitches, partnership proposals, and go-to-market messaging.n
- Track the funnel from outreach → engagement → conversion → revenue.n
- Own growth and revenue targets agreed upon with leadership.n
- Identify potential monetization opportunities and validate them with the market.n
- Build strategic relationships that can compound over time.n
- Represent InnoCollective externally with customers, partners, communities, and industry stakeholders.n
