nRiStudio is looking for a confident, articulate and people-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our team.
nRiStudio is a premium cosmetic tattoo and brow studio in Recent Delhi, known for its high standards, personalised service and discerning clientele, including celebrities and high-profile clients.
nWe're looking for someone who understands that great client experience is about much more than a warm welcome.
nWhat we're looking for:

- n
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, aesthetic/dermatology clinics, premium salons or a similar environmentn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Confident and comfortable dealing with high-profile clientelen
- Calm and composed when handling difficult or unexpected situationsn
- Proactive, organised and able to take ownershipn
- Strong sales and client-conversion skillsn
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-management skillsn
- Comfortable with Excel, Clinicia or similar CRM/appointment-management softwaren
- High attention to detail and a professional, well-presented personalityn
nMost importantly:
nWe're looking for someone who is smart, switched-on, warm and solution-oriented.
nSomeone who can manage a busy day, handle a demanding client with grace, follow up on a lead without being pushy, and notice the little things that make a client's experience exceptional.
