Responsibilities

- Assemble CNC machine tools and mechanical components according to engineering drawings, assembly procedures, and work instructions.n
- Perform mechanical assembly of machine structures, guideways, ball screws, spindles, tool changers, worktables, covers, and other machine components.n
- Install and connect hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and cooling systems.n
- Perform component alignment, leveling, adjustment, and precision fitting to ensure machine accuracy and performance.n
- Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and levels for inspection and adjustment.n
- Conduct machine setup, initial testing, and basic troubleshooting after assembly.n
- Assist with machine calibration, accuracy inspection, and first-piece trial runs.n
- Identify assembly defects or abnormal conditions and coordinate with engineering and quality teams for corrective actions.n
- Maintain proper records of assembly, inspection, and testing activities.n
- Follow production schedules, quality standards,



and workplace safety procedures.n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected assembly area.n

nRequirements

- n
- Technical certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related field.n
- 0–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, CNC machinery, or similar manufacturing environments.n
- Fresh graduates with relevant technical training or hands-on experience may also be considered.n
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly drawings.n
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.n
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components, tolerances, fits, bearings, gears, and transmission systems.n
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.n
- Good mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
