✅ Deep domain expertise in Large Commercial Property, Casualty, and Specialty Insurance
✅ Strong understanding of underwriting, policy administration, claims, operations, and distribution across complex commercial lines
✅ Hands-on experience in the US, UK (Lloyd's Market), and European insurance markets
✅ 10+ years of transformation delivery experience , leading business and technology change programs
✅ Experience in operating model redesign, process transformation, and business consulting
✅ Exposure to AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI-driven transformation initiatives is highly preferred
