nAbout the Role
nOur Data & AI practice partners with leading cloud and data platforms, including AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and Anthropic, to help clients turn their data into measurable business outcomes. As the practice grows, we are investing in a dedicated go-to-market capability, with a primary focus on our Snowflake and Databricks solutions.
nYou will be the dedicated seller for the Data & AI practice, responsible for building the pipeline, the partner relationships, and the sales motion that a future team will scale on. You will hunt net-new business and own the alliance relationships that feed it. It suits someone who is equal parts hunter and builder, comfortable creating structure and process as they go.
nKey Responsibilities




nPipeline generation and net-new business
nOwn the top of the funnel for the Data & AI practice: research, prospect, and open net-recent opportunities across target industries and accounts, with a primary focus on Snowflake and Databricks led solutions.

nBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline that consistently covers the practice's revenue targets, through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and partner-sourced leads.

nRun early-stage discovery to understand client data and AI challenges, and translate them into compelling, outcome-oriented value propositions with the pre-sales and delivery teams.

nManage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from first conversation to qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close, in coordination with practice leadership.
