Job Description
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with experience in Internal Audit to evaluate business processes, assess risks and controls, and support the organization's governance, compliance, and risk management objectives.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Execute risk-based internal audit assignments in line with the approved audit plan.n
- Understand business processes, conduct walkthroughs, and identify key risks and controls.n
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across financial, operational, and compliance processes.n
- Perform audit testing, data analysis, and transaction reviews to identify control deficiencies, policy deviations, and process gaps.n
- Assess compliance with internal policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and regulatory obligations.n
- Prepare transparent and well-supported audit observations, reports, and working papers.n
- Discuss audit findings with process owners and obtain management responses and corrective action plans.n




- Monitor and validate closure of audit observations through periodic follow-up reviews.n
- Support special audits, investigations, management reviews, and other assurance engagements as required.n
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide support during statutory and internal control reviews.n
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, risk assessment processes, and audit analytics.n

nRequired Skills & Knowledge:

- n
- Robust understanding of Internal Audit principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.n
- Sound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and business process controls.n
- Experience in operational, financial, and compliance audits.n
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk areas.n
- Solid report-writing, documentation, and analytical skills.n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems.n
