nWe are looking for a Customer Success Executive - Creator Growth who will own the growth journey of our creators and help them achieve measurable revenue outcomes.

nWhat You’ll Do
nAs a Customer Success Executive, you will:

- Own a portfolio of online creators, educators, and entrepreneurs after they join Learnystn
- Guide them from academy setup → course launch → first sales → revenue growthn
- Conduct onboarding calls and ensure creators successfully start their journeyn
- Help creators define their target audience, course strategy,



pricing, and launch plann
- Drive creator engagement through workshops, check-ins, and growth programsn
- Identify blockers and coach creators towards achieving milestonesn
- Track creator progress and ensure consistent executionn

nWhat We’re Looking For
nYou should have:

- 1-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales, or Client Success rolesn
- Strong communication and relationship-building skillsn
- Comfort speaking with customers daily over calls
