Job Description
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
na. Fabrication and Manufacturing: Fabrication of biomaterials based medical device under clean room conditions
nb. Documentation and Reporting:
nc. Preparing comprehensive reports, filling Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and documenting all production-related activities.
nd. Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stability protocols, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, and maintaining thorough documentation of analyses.
ne. Handling of equipment such as Lyophilizers, blister machines, microscope, etc.
nf. Data Analysis: Data collection and analysis of the data as per the established protocol
ng. Testing and Evaluation: Testing and analysis of medical devices in vitro and in vivo.
nh. Strategic Planning: Documentation and strategizing future developmental R&D; work

nEssential Qualifications and experience:
na.



Postgraduate with M-Tech/M Sc/M-Pharm with experience or soon-to-be postgraduate with related research work in a relevant discipline like Biomedical sciences / Biotechnology/ or equivalent.
nb. Experience in manufacturing of biomaterials/biotechnology/biomedical products
nc. A true team player with Experience in experimental planning and coordination of various operations for streamlined research
nd. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal/networking skills.
ne. Solid work ethics, eagerness to learn and passion for research

nMainly Rabale, Navi Mumbai but can include outside work and visits.
