nAt Talk & Target, we’re looking for an Art Director with a strong design foundation and
nhands-on expertise in AI-driven creative production. You’ll lead visual storytelling across
ncampaigns, branding, social, digital, and advertising while exploring how Generative AI can
npush creative boundaries.
nThis role is for someone who can think like an Art Director, execute like a designer, and use
nAI as a powerful creative partner, not just as a tool.

nWhat You’ll Do
nCreative Direction & Concept Development
n
- n
- Translate business and marketing briefs into powerful, original creative concepts.n
- Lead the creative journey from ideation and concept development to final execution.n
- Develop visually compelling campaigns that balance creativity, storytelling, brand identity, and business objectives.n
- Create creative directions, mood boards, storyboards, visual references,



and campaign prototypes.n
- Develop solid visual systems that maintain consistency across campaigns and brand touchpoints.n
- AI-Driven Creative Productionn
- Develop AI-first creative workflows for images, videos, animations, 3D, audio, and other emerging formats.n
- Use Generative AI to rapidly explore and develop multiple creative directions.n
- Create AI-generated visuals, product concepts, environments, key visuals, storyboards, and campaign prototypes.n
- Work across the complete AI production process from concept, prompting, storyboarding, and generation to editing, VFX, sound, colour, and final delivery.n
- Continuously experiment with new AI models, platforms, and creative technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of creative output.n
